from erzbierschof.ch - cloudy dark orange colour under a huge creamy white foam left; nice lacework; a fair resinous hoppiness; peach and apples; full-bodied and fairly sticky, pretty astringent, very dry and solidly bitter with a very long fruity hoppy finish - solid and very pleasant
